TRAINER RESPONSIBILITIES

As your Personal Trainer, I will:

  • Guarantee results based on an agreed goal with you.
  • Arrive on time at scheduled sessions and provide exciting and challenging workouts.
  • Provide you with written home/gym workouts as per your chosen fitness package (below).
  • Give you consistent feedback and strategies regarding your diet, lifestyle and overall wellbeing.
  • Provide you with at least 24 hours’ notice of any necessary schedule changes, and reschedule any missed sessions with you.
  • I will provide a complimentary session if I have to cancel on the same day as your session.
  • Maintain current General Liability Insurance.
  • Whattsapp and email support throughout the week.
  • Clients information will be strictly private and confidential.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

As the client:

  • Advise your trainer of any health issues/concerns, including any change in medical condition/new injury.
  • Provide your trainer with at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
  • Provide your personal trainer with 4 weeks’ notice if you no longer wish to continue with your training.
  • Complete the gym/home workout(s) provided to you.
  • Complete a weekly nutrition diary on MyFitnessPal or nutrition sheet.
  • Payments are non-refundable
  • All clients must complete a PAR-Q before commencing any exercise program..
